My screen name is Arokk Darkkstarr, and has been for the past 20+ years, and I am 39 years old as of this writing.
For my "day job" (actually, it's a night shift gig), I work as a polysomnographic technologist, conducting sleep studies and providing treatment for sleep disorders such as sleep apnea.
I am also the father of five awesome kids, who I love very much. I have a spectacular fiancee who means the world to me.
I am a pagan, a libertarian and a Libertarian, a casual gamer, a once and future CCG junkie, a wannabe writer, a truth-teller, an honesty hawk, Irish diaspora by birth (although, recent research is showing that the percentage of Irish blood to be much less than previously believed), a supporter of open source projects, a lover of liberty of all kinds, and, at once, compassionate and blunt, passionate and cold, good and evil, direct and tactful.
